Compensation and Marketing Communications †MyAssignmenthelp.com

Question: Discuss about the Compensation and Marketing Communications. Answer: Currently, I am working as a sales manager at a reputed marketing communications firm. My organization offers me with various direct and indirect benefits as well as compensation systems. A good compensation strategy knows the balance between the external competitiveness and internal equity. The compensation benefits affect the level of employee productivity and also the happiness of the employees. However, the three most important indirect benefits which an employer can offer me are; education as well as employee services, retirement plans and leaves. These are not financial rewards but are extremely needed in an organization and every companys contract paper must include this. Moreover, while determining the effective rewards, the uniqueness of the employees should also be taken into consideration (Cascio, 2018). Therefore, these indirect benefits will meet my individual needs and requirements. The company can provide me with those benefits in order to attract or retain me into the job. However, I like to work in a positive working culture, which in turn increases my productivity. A positive environment of working will attract me and it will not distract me any further. Moreover, the company should provide me with growth opportunities as well. Internal communication also plays a major role in employee retention. The company should value my opinions and viewpoints. In addition to this, organizational managers and leaders should show appreciation through compensation as well as benefits, rewards and recognition. This would in turn, motivate and encourage me to give the highest production level. Furthermore, it should also encourage referrals and recruit from within. Lastly, the company should be able to provide me a proper balance between my professional and personal life (Deery Jago, 2015). References Cascio, W. (2018).Managing human resources.
